The ZScanner® can overcome the challenges encountered with traditional scanning technologies. The technology used in the ZScanner is based on a surface optimization algorithm. Because it avoids point clouds, the more the engineer scans, the more accurate the data acquisition becomes. Rather than adding noise to the model, it grows more refined.

ZScan, our proprietary software for the ZScanner, offers the possibility of performing multi-resolution scans. Flat sections needing fewer details can be scanned at lower resolution, while sharp edges and more detailed areas can be scanned at higher resolution. This function makes it possible to create much smaller files without sacrificing accuracy.
