Inside Sales Representatives

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the formation of a new insides sales team, and be a part of its growth and success. Future opportunities include inside sales in wider geographies, insides sales management, or a transition outside the group to channel management or marketing.
The Inside Sales Representative will be primarily supporting our North America field sales teams. This includes nurturing prospects through the various stages of the lead funnel and fully qualifying an opportunity to the point that it is ready for a face to face customer meeting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound telephone requests for company information, product information and pricing
- 24-hour follow-up on sales prospects identified through outbound marketing programs
- Prospecting of new opportunities through database mining and cold calling
- Qualify prospects
- Question, probe, identify critical pain points, overcome objections and counter competitive misinformation
- Determine right person, timeline to purchase, budget, and willingness to engage
- Score prospects, escalate hot leads, and manage handoff to next stage of sales process (a face to face sales call by our outside sales team and/or partners)
- Work closely with Marketing on long-term lead nurturing campaigns involving integrated email and telephone outreach
- Telephone support for marketing programs such as event recruitment
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Record of success with references from previous employers
- Motivated, aggressive, sales driven attitude
- BA or BS in Business or Marketing preferred
- Expertise with Salesforce.com a strong plus
